What To Expect When Working Together

Discovery & Planning:

You'll gain access to a dedicated project portal featuring a discovery questionnaire. We'll work together to define project specifics. Pricing details are available on my services page and in the portal.

Working Together:

Throughout the duration of the project, the project portal will serve as our dedicated workspace to regularly communicate, share files and more. Once the project is done, I export all Notion files into a PDF for you so you have records of our work together.

The process enables us to have a trial-period of working together. If we are a good fit, we can effortlessly proceed.

Conversely, if we’re not a good fit (seriously no hard feelings!) the client may decline further services until the design phase. The deposit takes care of our time together until that point.

A Thoughtful Process:

My custom-created process is designed to delve deep into what truly matters. We'll meticulously craft your brand's strategy, messaging, identity and visual elements.

Website Development:

For website projects, the website build is ironically one of the final stages. I exclusively work with Shopify and Squarespace, catering to service-based and e-commerce brands.

As both a Shopify and Squarespace partner, I can offer monetary benefits as well as platform-specific knowledge, expertise and resources.

Web-Only Services:

If you already have a brand and need web development services only, I'm here to help. Reach out for a custom quote tailored to your needs.

Project Speed:

The project timeline will depend primarily on my availability and your responsiveness. During the intake process, we'll discuss project speed expectations and how to work best together.
